Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your flower shipment, please contact FiftyFlowers IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes by calling 1-877-507-6737 AND emailing cservice@fiftyflowers.com.
All complaints must be communicated verbally within 24 hours of receipt of the product. To process your claim, we will request digital pictures and the return of all products (for quality inspection). We cannot accept your claim or grant a refund otherwise.
Please note we do not guarantee color tone matches. Flowers are a natural product and vary in color from season to season. It is the customer's responsibility to care for flowers properly. FiftyFlowers is not liable for products mishandled by clients. Each product page explains in detail how to care for the flowers. However, customers must be knowledgeable about flower care. Please read the detailed Guarantee Page for what we do and do not cover under our guarantee.
If you want to cancel your flower order completely, you must do so at least eight business days before your first scheduled delivery date. We cannot accept cancellations within seven business days of a scheduled delivery date. Many of our products are shipped from South America and are often processed for their journey several days before the delivery date. Once shipped, changes are not possible. If you wish to cancel your FiftyFlowers.com order, please send an e-mail to Orders@FiftyFlowers.com with the subject heading CANCEL. Please type your order number, name, and address in the body of the email. You will receive an email notification verifying your order's cancellation within 48 hours.
Cancellations are subject to a fee of 25% of the total order amount due to credit card fees, transaction costs, and cancellation processing labor time. FiftyFlowers will refund the amount you paid minus the 25% cancellation processing fee.
